Hello,
I spoke to Camilee to explain the attached picture. In September we rented chairs for my parents to attend the Cardinals game on their 46th anniversary. We had such a nice experience in the store and with everyone, we worked with. Unfortunately, when we got to the game, the feet for the chairs were not included. We were able to get help from the stadium with a golf cart ride to the gate and stadium chairs brought down. I still decided to call the store because I was so upset and had planned so this would not happen.
Upon getting my call, your team broke down all walls and barriers to help us and the driver (sorry I don’t know his name but he is an angel on earth and I will forever cherish his smile when he made it to my family) somehow penetrated stadium security and parking to get all the way to our seats to bring us the feet. Also, the kind woman who stayed on the phone with me was so nice even when I was not very nice. She was patient and persistent. At the time, I didn’t think it would matter, but at the end of the game, my nephew and I were able to go get the chairs and come back for my parents at the gate (since the stadium chairs stop there) and it made it more comfortable, well frankly possible, for them to get back to the car.
At the time it really mattered and I called to thank everyone for the extra effort. Mistakes happen. How you handle them defines who you are as people and as a business and your team handled it like kind rock stars. They really went above and beyond.
Unfortunately, we lost my dad this past week so the attached moment and memory became even more meaningful and so I wanted to once again thank the team for helping to make this night special. Part of what made the night special was being reminded how much others care and the beauty of humanity so in retrospect I almost glad the feet were left off the chairs because we probably needed that more than the feet. Others stopped to help get them in which was another beautiful thing and all that kindness made the night extra special.
Thank you! Please tell the team and that tenacious driver that they made a real difference!
