In-Store Purchases:

Valley Medical Supplies will provide full purchase price refunds on regularly stocked products if returned within 7 days of purchase. To receive a full refund:

  • Product must be unused in original packaging
  • You must present copy of original sales receipt

In store, we will honor manufacturer customer satisfaction return policies provided that the manufacturer will replace or refund the product to us.

If you purchase a defective product from Valley Medical Supplies, it may be exchanged for an identical product. Original sales receipt must be presented.

Delivery fees for rental transactions are non-refundable.

Special Order Purchases:

Special order purchases are non-refundable with the exception of lift chairs. Lift chairs are returnable and subject to a restocking fee (no greater than 10%). We reserve the right to deny the return of a lift chair in a non-standard fabric or a “Builder” model. These decisions will be based on the products ability to resell in the store.

Online Purchases:

Products purchased online are refundable but subject to a restocking fee (no greater than 10%). No return authorization is necessary if the item is returned in the store. If returning an item via a shipping carrier, you must first request and reference a return authorization number for your shipment.

Delivery fees for rental transactions are non-refundable.

Rental Products:

Rentals returned prior the rental term, will be prorated to next lowest daily, weekly or monthly rental rate. Whichever option is most cost effective for the customer.

Any rental fees incurred can be applied towards the purchase of the equipment if the rental is new.
